Delivery and Return

DELIVERY 

Metropolitain France :

- Delivery is free from 150€ to home.

- Delivery to a relay point with 'Chronopost pick-up' depending on the weight of the package : between 8.95€ and 13.72€

- Express home delivery with 'Chronopost 13': from 13,16€ to17,93 € depending on the amount of your order

We deliver within 2 working days with Chronopost.

 Outside mainland France :  

- European Union, Free delivery from 350€ of purchase with CHRONOPOST: Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland.

- Outside the EU, free delivery from 450€ of purchase with DHL: USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand

- Shopping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout

We deliver within 4 working days with Chronopost and DHL.

IMPORTANT !! - International customers (Australia, Canada, Switzerland, United States, New Zealand): For order of 450€ and more (350€ for Norway and Switzerland), delivery is free. For orders below this amount, delivery costs are calculated according to the region and the volume of the order. International shipments are made under the DAP Incoterm, which means that customers will be responsible for all customs fees, import taxes and other possible charges related to the receipt of their products in their country.

As a customer, you do not have to take any steps to organize transport, and the included insurance guarantees a total refund if any damage or loss occurs during transport.

RETURN :

An item doesn't suit you? You have 14 (working) days to change your mind and return the item to us in its original condition.

Please note:

Return costs are your responsibility, so you can choose the carrier of your choice.

We do not refund delivery costs, but only the amount of the returned item.

The item must be well protected so that it is not damaged during the return journey.

Once we receive the package, it will be checked, you will be refunded only if the items are in good condition.

The refund will be made within 15 days after we get back the package.
